Frequently Asked Questions
The quick answers guests ask us most. For detailed policies, see the Company Policy page.
How do I register a group of people?
In WellnessLiving: My Profile → Edit Profile → “Add relationship”. Set “All transactions paid by” to “Me”, choose relationship type, and fill out their info (birthday is required). Then go to Booking, book yourself first, click “Book another service”, and select each relationship from the dropdown. Note: online payments must be made per person; for one unified payment for groups of 6+, call/text 844-GGA-GOAT and we can process it by phone.
Where is my waiver located?
In your WellnessLiving account: My Profile → Forms.
How do I cancel a membership?
Log into WellnessLiving → Passes and Memberships → find your membership → turn off Auto-Renew so it expires at the end of the term. Memberships are set to auto-renew by default.
I have a class credit — how do I apply it?
Book the same class type the credit is for (Goat Yoga, Hiking with Goats, Cow Cuddling, etc.). At checkout, the credit will apply automatically.
I have a class credit for one class type but want to use it for another — how?
If you want to apply a credit toward a different class type (and pay any difference), call/text 844-GGA-GOAT and we can help apply it over the phone.

Where are you located?
We’re in Tucker, GA (north-metro Atlanta). We only disclose the farm address after successful registration; it’s near the mailing address listed on our site/Google.
Are they really dwarf (miniature) goats?
Yes — all of our goats are dwarfs. Our biggest is about 20 lbs, and our smallest can fit in one hand.
How many goats attend each class?
It varies by attendance, but we typically aim for about a 1:3 goat-to-guest ratio (ex: ~3 goats for 9 people).
How large is the class size?
Class size typically ranges from about 5–20 people.
Can we feed the goats?
Yes — staff can provide the goats’ grains for hand-feeding. Please don’t bring outside food; they’re on a specialized diet.
Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?
Yes, please bring your own. If you forget or don’t have one, we have mats available to borrow free of charge.
Is there an age limit to attend classes?
No — there’s no age limit for our therapy classes. If bringing children, please ensure they’re not disruptive or rough with animals.
Can I observe if a friend/family member is attending?
No spectators. Anyone entering the farm must have a purchased pass and participate. If supervising a minor who needs you present, you’ll need to purchase a pass and participate with them.
What level of yoga is practiced?
Beginner to intermediate. If you want more advanced poses, ask your instructor for substitutions.
What if the goats have to go potty?
It can happen — we’re working with live animals. Our staff comes equipped with cleaning supplies and will clean quickly if needed.
Is there any accommodation for the summer heat?
Yes — our outdoor deck has multiple fans (including portable fans) to help keep guests cool.
Is there any accommodation for the winter cold?
Yes — the deck has tarp walls and heaters (plus portable heaters). Please still dress for the weather and check conditions before booking.
Do you have an indoor space?
No — we’re a farm and activities are held outdoors.
Are you a mobile company?
Yes — we can bring experiences to other locations (indoor or outdoor) depending on the event.
What are all of your service areas?
We service Georgia, upper Florida, and Tennessee.
How do I redeem my Groupon for a class registration?
Email us with each participant’s name, phone, and email, plus the Groupon numbers-only redemption code, and the class you want. We’ll register you manually.
I am registered through Classpass — can you help me?
We can’t assist with Classpass registrations. Please contact Classpass directly for support.
