Frequently Asked Questions
The quick answers guests ask us most. For detailed policies, see the Company Policy page.
1. How do I register a group of people?
In Arketa, you can register yourself in one transaction and register a group of others in a separate transaction. During checkout, look for the “Reserved For” selection and choose either family or guest. If you select “guest,” you’ll need to enter each guest’s email address so their waiver can be sent directly to them. If you select “family,” you can complete the waiver on their behalf during checkout.
2. Where is my waiver located?
Waivers are completed during checkout and are not accessible through your account afterward. If you booked for family members, you will sign on their behalf at checkout. If you booked for guests, Arketa will email each guest their waiver directly. There is also a waiver QR code available at the farm, which guests may complete during check-in if needed.
3. Do children 2 and under need a registration?
Children ages 2 and under may enter the farm for free and do not need a paid registration. However, a waiver must still be completed for them before entering the farm.
4. How do I access my Arketa account?
You can log in by clicking here.
5. How do I cancel a class booking?
Log into your Arketa account, go to “Bookings,” and cancel your class from there.
6. How do I cancel a membership?
Log into your Arketa account, go to “Active Packages,” and cancel your membership from there.
7. I have an account credit — how do I apply it?
Your account credit will be available to use at checkout when you book your next class.
8. What is your refund policy?
Please review our full policies here: Company Policy.
9. I am the parent/guardian of a child, do I need to purchase a pass for Kids Goga too?
For each registered child, one adult may enter the farm for free. Additional adults accompanying the same child must pay a $25 farm entry fee upon arrival at the Tiki Bar. Accompanying adults must remain in the designated viewing area while their child participates in goat yoga. For safety reasons, guests may not explore the farm unsupervised while staff are focused on the class.
10. Where are you located?
We are located in Tucker, GA, in the north-metro Atlanta area. Our mailing address is 4351 Hugh Howell Rd #1154, Tucker, GA 30084. Please note that this is not the farm address.
11. Is the farm address different from the Google or mailing address?
Yes. The farm address is different from the mailing address listed on our website and Google. For privacy and safety reasons, the farm address is only shared in your booking confirmation email after successful registration. Staff are not permitted to share the farm address by text, phone call, or separate email.
12. Are service dogs or outside animals allowed?
No. Service dogs, emotional support animals, pets, and any outside animals are not permitted on the farm. Our farm animals are not trained to be around unknown animals, and this policy helps keep all guests, staff, and animals safe.
13. Are they really dwarf or miniature goats?
Yes! All of our goats are Australian dwarf goats. Our biggest goat is about 20 lbs, and our smallest can fit in one hand.
14. How many goats attend each class?
The number of goats may vary depending on class attendance, but we typically aim for about a 1:3 goat-to-guest ratio. For example, a class of 9 guests would usually have around 3 goats.
15. How large is the class size?
Class size typically ranges from about 5 to 20 people, depending on the class and registration count.
16. Can we feed the goats?
Yes! Staff can provide hay for hand-feeding the goats. Please do not bring outside food, as our animals are on a specialized diet.
17. Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?
Yes, please bring your own yoga mat. If you forget one or do not have one, we have mats available to borrow free of charge.
18. What kind of cows do you have?
We have dwarf Highland cows. They are very small, gentle, and docile in nature.
19. How many people can attend cow cuddling?
Cow cuddling classes are limited to 10 guests. We keep the group small so we can maintain about a 1:5 cow-to-human ratio.
20. How many people can attend donkey cuddling?
Donkey cuddling classes are limited to 5 guests per class. We keep the group small so guests can enjoy a calm, safe, and personal experience with our donkey.
21. Is there an age limit to attend classes?
There is no general age limit for our therapy classes. If you are bringing children, please make sure they are gentle with the animals and not disruptive during class. Kids Goga is for children ages 12 and under. Wine Down Dog is for guests ages 21 and up.
22. Can I observe if a friend or family member is attending?
We do not allow spectators. Anyone entering the farm must have a purchased pass and participate in the class. If you need to supervise a minor who requires your presence, you will need to purchase a pass and participate with them.
23. Can I come late to class?
Guests have a 10-minute grace period to arrive at the farm and complete check-in. Once the goat whisperers bring the goats out for class, the gate is locked and we are unable to allow late entry. At that point, staff are fully engaged with the animals and class on the deck, and late arrivals are disruptive to the class experience. Please plan to arrive early and complete your waiver in advance to help speed up check-in. If you are running behind, please call or text us and we will do our best to see whether staff can wait before locking the gate. Guests who arrive too late to enter are considered no-shows and are not eligible for a reschedule.
24. What level of yoga is practiced?
Our classes are beginner to intermediate friendly. If you would like more advanced options, feel free to ask your instructor for substitutions or modifications.
25. What if the goats have to go potty?
It can happen — we are working with live animals! Our staff comes prepared with cleaning supplies and will clean the area quickly if needed.
26. What happens if it rains?
Our instructional classes are held on a completely covered deck, and our cuddling classes are held in a covered nursery area. This allows many classes to continue comfortably during rain. Please still dress appropriately for the weather, as we are an outdoor farm. We recommend bringing an umbrella to get from your vehicle to the deck.
27. Is there any accommodation for the summer heat?
Yes. Our covered outdoor deck has multiple fans, including portable fans, to help keep guests cool during warmer weather.
28. Is there any accommodation for the winter cold?
Yes. Our deck has tarp walls and heaters, including portable heaters, to help keep the space more comfortable in colder weather. Please still dress warmly and check the weather before booking.
29. Do you have an indoor space?
No. We are a farm, and our activities are held outdoors. However, our instructional deck and nursery cuddling area are covered.
30. Are you a mobile company?
Yes. We can bring experiences to other locations, both indoors and outdoors, depending on the event.
31. What are all of your service areas?
We service Georgia, upper Florida, and Tennessee.
32. How many wine pours are included with events that serve complimentary wine?
For events that include complimentary wine, each eligible guest receives up to two wine pours. Guests must be 21 or older and may be asked to show valid ID.
33. How do I redeem my Groupon for a class registration?
Please email us with each participant’s name, phone number, and email address, along with the Groupon numbers-only redemption code. This code is located near the barcode on the redeem screen. Be sure to also include the class you would like to attend, and we will register you manually.
34. I am registered through ClassPass — can you help me?
We are unable to assist with ClassPass registrations directly. Please contact ClassPass support for help with your booking.
35. How can I book a private event?
Please contact us for private event inquiries.
