How do I register a group of people?

If you wish to register a group, please click on My Profile -> Edit Profile and then click on “Add relationship”.

 

For “All transactions for this account paid by” select “Me”. For “This client is a” select the relationship type they are to you.

Fill out their name, phone number and email, or check the box for “use my email” and “use my phone” and “use my address”.

NOTE: We DO require the birthday field for each client as we have Wine Down Dog, a 21+ age group class at our farm.

After adding all of the relationships, navigate to Book Now, select the desired week you wish to book a class in, and click Book Now.

Select yourself for Booking for

Once you are booked for yourself, click Book another service.

The Book Now button for the class will look disabled for you, but you will still be able to click it.

Once you are in the Class booking step, the dropdown will have you selected by default, which it will announce you are already booked for this service, select the relationship client you wish to book the class for.

Wellness Living will require payment for each client individually and unfortunately there is no way to pay for the group as 1 transaction online. If you wish to make 1 payment for a large group (6 or more), please call us at 844-GGA-GOAT (844-442-4628) ext 1 OR 2 or text us at our 844 number and we can help you make an unified payment over the phone.

NOTE: Please ensure you have your relationships created prior to reaching out to make the payment to ensure an efficient transaction.

How do I cancel a membership?

If you wish to cancel your membership, please log into your Wellness Living account, navigate to Passes and Memberships, locate your membership here and remove option for Auto-Renew. This will allow it to expire after your monthly term. Please keep in mind, all of our memberships are set up for auto-renewal by default, and we will not refund you because you forgot to cancel your membership.

I have a class credit, how do I apply it?

To apply a class credit, book the same class type you have a credit for, (goat yoga, hiking with goats, cow cuddling, etc.) and when you get to the checkout screen it will automatically apply that class credit for purchase option.

I have a class credit from one type of class which I wish to apply for another type, how do I do this?

Let’s say you have a class $35 credit for a Goat Yoga class, and you wish to apply the credit to our $40 Hiking with Goats class and pay the $5 difference. In order to do this, please call us at 844-GGA-GOAT (844-442-4628) ext 1 OR 2 or text us and we can help you apply that credit and pay the difference over the phone.

Where are you located?

If you search for goat yoga near me, goat yoga Atlanta or goat yoga Tucker, we will pop right up. We are in north-metro Atlanta, in the city of Tucker, GA. We are located about 20 minutes out from the city. We only disclose our farm address upon a successful registration, but we are right next to our mailing address listed on our site and Google.

Are they really miniature goats?

YES! All of our goats are miniature! Our biggest goat is 30 Ibs. Our smallest is small enough to fit in one hand. The breed of our goats are Australian miniature (dwarf) goat.

How many goats attend each class?

This number varies by the amount of registered clients for that class, but typically, we try to have a 1 to 3 ratio, meaning, in a class of 9 people, at least 3 goats would attend.

How large is the class size?

The class size ranges between 5-20 people. Most classes are around 10 people or so.

Can we feed the goats?

YES! We can provide their hearty grains to every client for you to feed them by hand. We ask that you do not bring in outside food to feed, as they are all on a specialized diet catered to their health.

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?

YES! We ask that every client brings their own yoga mat. In the event you forget your mat or don’t own one, we have them available to borrow FREE OF CHARGE!

Is there an age limit to attend any of the classes?

NO! There is NO AGE LIMIT to any of our other therapy classes. We are an all-inclusive company and we love to have children attend. We only ask that if you bring your child, you ensure they are not running, screaming or disruptive during the class, or playing rough with any of the animals. You know your child best, so please make the best decision here.

Can I observe the class from aside if I have a family member/friend attending?

For anyone who wishes to enter the farm, you must have a purchased class pass. Unfortunately, we do not allow any observers into the farm as it can cause distractions for our goats and our clients. Our goats are trained to engage our clients on the class deck. If people are standing on the sidelines, our goats get confused and become unsure of where to go to get thier cuddles.

What level yoga is practiced?

We are geared towards beginner/intermediate level yoga. If you wish for advanced poses, please let your instructor know to provide you substitution poses.

What if the goats have to go potty?

Goats can/will poop/pee on you/your mat every so often, this is expected as we are dealing with live animals. Goat poop is similar to rabbit poop, they are pebble like. Fret not, as we come equipped with cleaning supplies to every class, if there is a spill, our Goat Whisperers will clean it up faster than the speed of goats!

Is there any accommodation for the summer heat?

Our large outdoor deck is equipped with 4 fans and we also have 2 additional portable fans as well. This way, our clients can keep cool and focus on their yoga journey.

Is there any accommodation for the winter cold?

Our large outdoor deck is equipped with clear tarp walls all around along with 4 heaters as well as 2 additional portable gas heaters as well. This way our clients can be outdoors and enjoy the warmth our farm offers during their class. We still ask that all clients come dressed for the weather and check the weather before registration.

Do you have an indoor space?

While we try to keep all of our classes outdoors at our large covered deck for the true connection with Mother Nature, we do have an indoor studio space as well at the farm which can fit up to 6 clients.

Are you a mobile company?

We are a fully mobile company and can conduct a class just about anywhere indoors and outdoors!

What are all of your service areas?

We provide services throughout Georgia, including:

Metro Atlanta & Surrounding Cities: Atlanta, Sandy Springs, Roswell, Marietta, Tucker, Chamblee, Doraville, Stone Mountain, Smoke Rise, Lilburn, Snellville, Duluth, Winder, Lawrenceville.
North Georgia: Canton, Woodstock, Jasper, Cumming, Milton.
Counties: Gwinnett County, Cobb County, DeKalb County, Henry County, Pickens County.

Beyond Georgia, we are available for travel up to 6 hours in any direction, including parts of Florida, Tennessee, Alabama, and the Carolinas. If you’re outside this range, feel free to reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request!
