This Privacy Policy describes how GGA Dwarf Goat Yoga, also referred to herein as “GGA or the Company”, collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information obtained in connection with its programs, events, services, websites, booking platforms, media activities, and related operations. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected from individuals, also referred to herein as “user or users” who interact with GGA in any manner, including but not limited to participants, clients, visitors, contractors, vendors, content creators, and production partners, whether such interactions occur online, in person, or through third-party platforms. Definitions
THE COMPANY: shall refer to GGA Dwarf Goat Yoga, any and all subsidiaries, affiliates, successors or assigns, and/or company representatives, digital representations and online services together as the Company.
USER: shall refer to the person, group or individual agreeing to and utilizing any of the GGA digital services.
ACCOUNT(S): shall refer to a unique login created by the user to access any of the GGA digital services such as booking, invoices, waivers and alike.
THIRD PARTY OR PARTIES: shall refer to any non-GGA software, digital services and service providers affiliated with services the company offers, free or with charge.
AFFILIATE(S): shall refer to any and all digital service providers contracted with and used by the company to ensure a streamlined, user friendly experience.
DIGITAL SERVICES: shall refer to but are not limited to viewing or use of the website, account sign up, payment processing, scheduling, booking, correspondences and other services provided by digital means through the companies website and third party affiliates.

Full name, age, name and association to participant if booking for a minor, email address, phone number, address, state, province, city, ZIP/postal code.

Upon landing on, and continued use of the Company’s website the user agrees to the Company and/or third parties; collecting, storing and potentially selling the users usage data. Which may include but are not limited to:

The user understands the right to: opt out of receiving certain correspondence between the company and user; not use or not provide consent for features which may require the users personal or usage data collection and storage.
Storage of Data
The user understands the company and/or third party softwares may retain or store the users data for as long as deemed necessary and to the extent: in which the data is required to offer the optimal user experience; and as required if the company is legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
The user understands data may be transferred, maintained and processed by devices and/or people working for the company, outside of the user’s governmental jurisdiction.

Delete/Update Personal Data
The user has the right at any time, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing or acceptance of third party terms, to delete and/or request the company assist in removing the user’s personal data from all residing locations held by the company.
The user may update, delete or amend account information as needed by contacting Wellness Living.
Compliance, Disclosure, Security of Data
The user acknowledges that with the exceptions expressed in this privacy policy and all future privacy policy updates or amendments, the company does not disclose, share or distribute personal data.

The user understands that if conditions arise that require a response to legal requests of data, for and by legal authorities, the company may disclose some or all of the users data.
The user understands that use of the Company’s website, third-party software, account
registration, waiver releases, or any other interaction with the Company shall not be construed as granting the user any ownership, property, or proprietary rights in data, materials, or content provided to, collected by, or generated by the Company through such use, except as expressly required by applicable law.
The user understands the Company uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect user data and may collect, retain, transfer, or disclose information as permitted by this user agreement or applicable law, while maintaining controls intended to reduce the risk of unauthorized access or misuse.
Children’s Data Privacy
The company does not address anyone under the age of 13: does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
If it is brought to the company’s attention by a parent or guardian that personal data was unintentionally collected by the company from anyone under the age of 13, the company will take all reasonable and immediate steps to remove and delete all collected data in relation to the person under the age of 13.
