Class Booking Policy
- Minimum Booking Time: You can book up to 15 minutes before class time.
- Advance Booking Limit: You can book a maximum of 2 months in advance for any classes or events.
Cancellation Policy
- Grace Period: After booking, you have a 2-hour grace period to cancel your session without penalty.
- Post-Grace Period: After the grace period, 50% of your fee becomes non-refundable.
- GGA Cancellations: If GGA cancels any classes, special events, or private events, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling: We offer rescheduling as long as it is not within 6 hours or less before your scheduled class.
- Rescheduling Requirement: You must know which session you are rescheduling for.
- Non-Refundable Deposit: Your 50% non-refundable deposit can be applied towards the payment for the rescheduled class, meaning you would just pay 50% of the newly rescheduled class.
Cancellation Refunds
- Early Cancellations: Refund 50%.
- Late Cancellations: If you cancel 6 hours or less before class:
- Refund: No refund will be offered.
- Re-booking: You may re-book the same slots for that same class again.
- Please note, late cancellations hold your spot from public booking even after you cancel. It does not open back up for public booking. This is why you are able to re-book the late cancelled class again.
- No Shows: If you are marked as a no-show to class, the late cancellation policy will apply to you.
Refund Processing
- Debit/ACH Refunds: Refunds will take 5 to 7 business days to process from the date we execute the refund, meaning the funds will be returned to your bank account within this time frame.
- We do NOT auto-refund. You must reach out to us to get your refund processed. Otherwise, your payment stays as a credit on your account.
Special Event Bookings
- Special Event bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- If GGA cancels the event, you will be eligible for a full refund.
- We do not reschedule special event bookings.
Private Events
- 50% of your payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- If GGA cancels your event, you will be eligible for a full refund.
- If you wish to reschedule your private event, we will not apply your non-refundable deposit towards your rescheduling and you will have to pay the 50% non-deposit again.
